Between Wyomings... a review

Ok, so this one took me a little longer to get through since I have been pretty bust lately, but... here are my impressions:

Between Wyomings - my God and an i-Pod on the open road was a real page turner for me. I just wish I would have had longer sittings between sessions to read it a little more carefully. Regardless, this book was entertaining from the get-go.

The way the book started, instantly caught my attention because my wife and I had just finished a journey of our own earlier this summer with our kids. Although, much different from what is described in the book, we traveled to seven states in the month of June and had a blast with our kids. Actually, this is where I first picked up this book and started to get into it... Since we were on vacation, I had a little more time to read that normal. This is something I really enjoyed!

Anyways, Ken Mansfield has some pretty cool stories early on in the book and honestly started to lose my attention about half way, as his ramblings were getting a little too far out for my senses. Although, just in time, some of the stories started to come full circle and won my attention once again.

If you're someone who enjoys tales of sex, drugs and the rock and roll lifestyle from time times of the SuperBeetle - with a great message at the end, this book will be one you won't want to put down.

  1. Hi Joseph

Happy New Year to you! I trust you are having an enjoyable day. My name is Todd Stepp and I work for BooksChristian.com, here in Franklin, TN. We are a Christian owned & operated company that sells over 200,000 Christian products.

    I have visited smotheredandcovered.blogspot.com/
and have noticed that you post book reviews on your blog. I wanted to see if you would be interested in partnering with us, enabling visitors to your blog to purchase books that you review, as well as other books that you may suggest to them (books of the day etc.). In return we would pay you 9% on every sale made. There is very little work that would need to be done on your end, as we provide all the tools to create links and codes that you can post on your blog.

I would love to discuss this further with you at your earliest convenience. I look forward to hearing from you!

    Regards,

    Todd Stepp
